Information for candidates and clients during the current covid-19 situation!

Meetings between Lager & Partners and client or candidate take place primarly by telephone or video conference.  If the recruitment process would benefit from physical meetings, and all parties feel comfortable with that, our premises are equipped with hand disenfection, there is access to regular hand wash, and we refrain from handshaking when greeting in these times.

Lager & Partners, founded in 2004, is an Executive Search firm focused on the financial sector. We work with recruitment to management positions, qualified specialists and offer advice and support to owners and management in relation to human resources. Our clients include Swedish and international companies and institutions. Outside the immediate financial sector, Lager & Partners primarily advice clients regarding financially related positions, focusing on CFOs, Treasury, Inhouse M & A, Business Development, Investor Relations and Business Controlling. The search business is mainly related to positions in Stockholm, but also to London and the other Nordic capitals.


Our consultants and researchers have more than 30 years of experience in Executive Search, as well as solid operational experience from the financial sector, and are thus a partner that understands your challenges and needs.

Involved in all stages

Lager & Partners’ recruitment methodology is adjusted to both the assignment’s nature and the client's specific needs. Our partners are involved in all stages of an assignment, which means that we: ​​


1. Work with executive search and selection (targeted advertising), or a combination of both, according to the preference of the client. 

2. Conduct extensive reference checks for each final candidate.


3. Follow up our recruitment assignments with both client and candidate.

In the event that there is a need for additional psychological testing, we are able to recommend and refer you to established psychologists for this purpose.
