FINANCE MANAGER/COO - INVESTMENT COMPANY
Our client, an investment company with a focus on long-term value creation/active ownership in listed and private companies is looking for a CFO/COO with a passion for numbers and an interest in entrepreneurship, equities and the business world in general. The role will suit you with experience as a finance manager/controller/analyst and who is proactive, thorough, has good communication skills and enjoys working in a broad role in a small organization.
The assignment involves overall responsibility for our client's financial reporting and administrative work in close cooperation with the CEO and portfolio managers. The role also includes responsibility for quality assurance of the ongoing accounting work handled by another person. Experience from financial markets, financial reporting, group accounting as well as high IT skills and high stylistic ability is a prerequisite. In this role, you will be a central part of a dynamic environment with short decision-making paths and you will have great opportunities to make your mark to ensure quality routines and processes.
HEAD OF INVESTOR RELATIONS - LISTED COMPANY
Our client is looking for a driven, structured and analytical person to lead and develop the company's strategic work and communication towards investors. In addition to the main responsibility for Investor Relations, it is preferable that the position holder participates in various acquisition projects and can drive internal analysis and communication strategy at larger and more critical events.
