M&A ASSOCIATE - HEXATRONIC
We are looking for an Associate to join Hexatronic’s M&A team, based in Stockholm.
M&A is an important part of Hexatronic’s growth agenda, and the company has completed approximately 30 acquisitions over the past ten years. In this role, you will work closely with the Head of M&A, Group Management and the operational business throughout the entire acquisition process – from sourcing and analysis to due diligence, negotiations and the preparation of decision-making materials. The role also includes strategic business development and improvement projects.
We are looking for a candidate with approximately three years of experience in Corporate Finance, management consulting and/or business development, preferably with experience of managing M&A projects.
