Partner & Founder
Niclas Näslund is a Partner at Lager & Partners and one of the firm’s founders. He has worked in executive search since 1997, focusing on the recruitment of senior specialists and executives within both the industrial and financial sectors.
Niclas has been with Lager & Partners since 2004. Prior to joining the firm, he worked at Alumni, where he was most recently responsible for financial services recruitment.
He holds a Master of Science in Business and Economics from Handelshögskolan i Stockholm

Maria Lindbom
Partner & CEO
Maria Lindbom is a Partner at Lager & Partners and works with executive search within the financial sector.
​
Maria has been with Lager & Partners since 2012 and has worked in executive search within financial services since 2010. Prior to this, she spent sixteen years in front office and client-facing roles within corporate and investment banking at Deutsche Bank, HSH Nordbank and Crédit Agricole.
Maria studied Business Administration and Law at Stockholms universitet.
