Lager & Partners was founded in 2004 as a specialized Executive Search firm with a clear focus on the financial sector. While remaining specialized, over the years we have deepened and broadened our network. Today, we act as advisors to both Swedish and international companies and institutions within investments (private equity/debt), asset management, corporate & institutional banking, and real estate.
Our focus is on recruiting executive positions, CEO, board, and management team positions, as well as qualified specialists. Additionally, we have been entrusted to support clients outside our focus areas primarily with finance-related positions such as CFOs, Treasury, in-house M&A, Business Development, Investor Relations, and Business Controlling.

Involved in all stages
Lager & Partners’ recruitment methodology is adjusted to both the assignment’s nature and the client's specific needs. Our partners are involved in all stages of an assignment, which means that we: ​​
1. Work with executive search and selection (targeted advertising), or a combination of both, according to the preference of the client.
2. Conduct extensive reference checks for each final candidate.
3. Follow up our recruitment assignments with both client and candidate.

In the event that there is a need for additional psychological testing, we are able to recommend and refer you to established psychologists for this purpose.
